This Temporary to Hire program offers you hiring without risk. When a CareerStaff, Inc. associate employee begins a temporary assignment, you are able to benefit from many valuable, first hand observations. This time can be essential in determining that work styles and skills are a perfect match for an addition to your full-time staff. Conversely, this arrangement allows the associate time to evaluate their relationship with your organization and affords them the opportunity to make a sincere, long term commitment.

CareerStaff, Inc. Direct Hire:
When it comes time to make a staffing addition, CareerStaff, Inc. is fully equipped to handle your search for qualified personnel. Our team of experienced professionals will pre-qualify, screen, and test candidates on your behalf utilizing your hiring criteria. CareerStaff, Inc. team members are successful because they have access to top talent from a wide variety of local sources.

Once you have selected a candidate, they begin working directly for your company, on your payroll, from day one. The fee for a direct hire placement is a percentage of the employee’s annual salary and is accompanied by an unconditional guarantee. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our Direct Hire program is similar to our Temporary to Hire program, except the Associate is immediately placed on our clients payroll.
